The outer material repels water while absorbing your period flow and will keep everything contained to allow you freedom to swim every day of the month so you won't miss out on beach days with the family or riding down the water slide with your kids. The padding is for medium to light flow and we don’t suggest wearing if you are on a heavy flow day.
